Laborious New Innovators Group (LNIG) is an independent higher education and research development organization registered under MSME–Udyam, based in Andhra Pradesh, India. It was established in 2012 as a voluntary initiative by a group of passionate chemistry professionals. LNIG is an emerging academic and research-support organization committed to empowering students and researchers through publications, online coaching, and innovation-driven activities. It is not just an educational group—it is a dedicated partner in the journey of chemistry aspirants who aim to succeed in higher education, competitive examinations, and research careers. As an organization, LNIG has expanded from its origins as a student-support initiative into a dynamic network that today manages two publishing houses (LNIG Publications and Chem Sparrow Publications), a specialized online coaching platform (ChemMasters Online Classes: Chapter to Champion), and academic collaborations across Andhra Pradesh. Through these initiatives, LNIG continues to provide affordable resources, subject expertise, and opportunities for innovation. 

LNIG Publications is a multidisciplinary publishing unit that produces books across a wide spectrum of disciplines—from science to arts. Its catalogue includes textbooks and reference works such as APPSC General Studies, AP SET Paper 1, and more. LNIG Publications also publishes proceedings of national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and symposiums in diverse areas including social studies, sciences, and the arts, providing a strong academic platform for scholars and researchers.

Chem Sparrow Publications (CSP), launched under LNIG, is a specialized publishing company focused exclusively on chemistry and allied sciences. It is an emerging, peer-reviewed academic publisher of student-friendly textbooks in chemical sciences. Beyond publishing, CSP supports the organization of workshops, seminars, conferences, and symposia at both national and international levels, making it a dedicated partner in the academic journey of chemistry students and researchers.

ChemMasters Online Classes (Chapter to Champion) is the digital learning initiative of LNIG, designed to support chemistry aspirants preparing for competitive exams. With expert faculty, structured lessons, and chapter-wise modules, it transforms students from chapter learners to champions. The platform provides affordable and accessible coaching for exams such as CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, APSET, UPSC Chemistry, and PGT positions, ensuring that students receive high-quality guidance tailored to their academic needs.
